TYRANNY ENTHRONED started back in 2006 as a solo project, and in 2007 became a full line up. There of course were a few changes and then they became who they are now, They also created an EP at this time called "Eulogy". They soon gathered momentum, and it didn’t take long for them to show their skills and talent and to be discovered by Scott Fuller of Abysmal Dawn, who was also on the tour and a proposition was made.

Jesse, Anthony, Steve and Winston returned to Firebrand Studios in Saint Louis, Missouri to work with Brian Scheffer. Then headed over to Scott Fuller at Sinminister Productions in Corona, California for some mixing. This CD was also mastered by Scott Fuller at Trench Studios in Corona, Calif, while the design and layout is done by Ken Sarafin at Sarafin Concepts, the band logo was done by Christophe Szpajdel and the photography by Tom Fisher.  All the music was written by Tyranny Enthroned, as were the lyrics. These are the people who made “Born of Hate”, their debut album come alive. "Born of Hate" tends to bend the traditional boundaries of blackened death metal with brutal precision and technical contempt. After recording, the band brought Winston Alvarez back in to the group. Now with Steve(drums)/Anthony(bass)/Jesse(guitars/lead vocals) and Winston Alvarez(guitars/backing vocals) the band has a directing force and lineup.

This truly is a masterpiece for a first full album, you can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into creating “Born of Hate”. The drums are fast and are executed with precision, the bass may not be a dominant instrument on this album, but you know that it holds its own, and crushes along with the drums. Guitar riffs are skilled and carried out with much talent. The vocals are what you expect from a dark atmospheric black metal band.

TYRANNY ENTHRONED is bringing their own black death style to us for our enjoyment, its remorseless and it’s definitely going to leave you with some pounding in your veins, and thundering metal in your ears. They are uncompromising, and truthfully this is what you should expect from any metal band worth their weight. Its extremely rare to find a first full length with such talent, they have the bar high for their next. I see great things for this band, one that is a force to be reckoned with.

TYRANNY ENTHRONED “Born of Hate” - Get it when it comes out.
