I guess it's true that not all super groups can blare out appealing music and song structure. Kill Devil Hill formed in 2011 with band members such as Jason Bragg (Pissing Razors), Mark Zavon (W.A.S.P.), Rex Brown (Crowbar, Down, and Pantera), and legendary drummer Vinnie Appice (Black Sabbath, Dio, & Heaven and Hell).

There self-titled debut release from 2012 just came off as uninspired rock, while sounding like a mix between Alice In Chains and Lynch Mob which one would expect to make a good sound but in the end it didn't hold up.

Further proof that when band members from other long term bands create a band together it's not always instant magic. Sometimes just more recycled dribble.
