August 5th was the release date in North America via Century Media Records for Entombed A.D.’s 10th album ‘Back To The Front’. Released on CD, Black LP, Blue LP, and Digital Release. It features cover artwork by Zbigniew Bielak (Watain, Vader, etc.), was recorded at Studio Bohus in Kungalv, Sweden with producer Roberto Laghi (In Flames, Hardcore Superstar).

There were some issues about the release of this album, but we won’t go into that, lets just concentrate on the album review itself. What can you expect from Entombed A.D. on this album, after a few listens, its definitely a more sullen, enraged lyrics, with some pretty defined immense riffs, solid grooves, and some unforgettable vocals, which I think will bring in the old and new fans. You can’t go wrong with metal, or angry rock, this was well worth the wait for me. Some amazing drum blasts, terrific guitar riffs, you name it , its all there. I found there to be a lot of variety on this album as well, a short intro that lulls you into a false sense, then bam, it hits, and you get the talent of all these musicians, giving their best, creating an album that is not boring, thank goodness, but one you can listen to the whole way through, without hitting the skip button. Nice job. Well put together. I highly recommend “Back to Front”.
